Just got the Last Kiss Soundtrack and there is an awesome Imogen Heap song on it. I like the whole thing pretty much-There's also a new/upcoming singer/songwriter named Schuyler Fisk who I think is pretty good. She's on it too.

This has seriously been weirding me out for the last 2 days. Josh and I watched a documentary about him last night and I had to turn it off because it was just too sad. It showed him in the delivery room with his baby boy, and then it showed his little girl saying how much she loves him. Maybe I'm s...

Eeewwwww sick, Wilson Phillips!! That's gross. I lead the worship time at my church with some folks that do some great harmonies-and there's a running joke about how it must NEVER sound like Wilson Phillips- we gauge it something like this: Wilson Phillips Harmonies=Bad, Indigo Girls Harmonies=Good!...

Thanks everyone! I'm still on a high from actual birth-it was simply amazing. On Friday morning, we welcomed Amelie Ashe into our lives, and right into our home (the dining room to be specific!!) I was aware of everything, and honestly, the best word I can use to describe the birth and even the labo...

This has been my favorite by far:

Nanci Griffith-One Fair Summer Evening

I also like the Storytellers that Sarah McLachlan did.

I am currently obsessed with Mike Doughty who had been the frontman for the band Soul Coughing-I LOVE his solo stuff. I also really, REALLY like Audioslave, which consists of Chris Cornell (Ex-Lead singer of Soundgarden) and some former members of Rage Against The Machine. I'm just starting to liste...

Coming from a wife, I would say either propose a pretty decent plan for celebrating your anniversary on a different day, (We went out of town for ours a month early this year for our 5th anniversary, just because the timing was better) or let her plan something in or around Chattanooga (or somewhere...

How is it that she's even in the same grouping as all the others?? They're all so terrible! Sorry. I listened to everyone else and had to stop it in the middle of every song. Julia's actually pretty good.

OMG!!! Me and Fred posted at the same time!! I don't know what made me just type "OMG"..maybe the internet is getting to me..or the teenagers on myspace. In any event, it's midnight, my husband's out playing x-box, I can't sleep and I'm tired-which makes me a little loopy. Kind of like Paula Abdul, ...

Yes! I occasionally get the jingles for a couple of certain malls stuck in my head and drive Josh crazy by singing them.
I can still hear you guys "Smile really big, it helps it sound cheesy."

I'm glad Taylor won, but I'm mad that they had to play one of the songs I hate most in the world. "I've had the time of my life" literally makes my stomach hurt. It's really embarrassing to hear. I can't decide which I hate worse-that song, or "Celebrate good times". Uuuugggghh.
