Count me in as a non-facebooker ... I still stop by here often looking for GH news.

Great news. Looking forward to the new album. I've learned to expect something different on each GH outing, but it's always different in a good way. (The two-year-old is rocking out to the Middle Earth Album right this minute ... she always asks for the "here we go" song and cheers whenever the crow...

I'm late jumping in on this, but I am really enjoying 3 Cheers. Excellent production and great flow, as others have pointed out. The standout track to me is Hyperbole . Love the music, the lyrics, and the emotion -- especially how the how song builds to the "Don't you think ..." passage right after ...

Beware those concept albums. I hear that they are "gateway art", which can lead to other, more sinister pursuits like novel writing ... :D

Hmm, can that be fact 6? I feel like I'm breaking the thread if I don't add a fact.

Very excited about a new album.

"A Rose for Emily" -- Based on Faulkner's short story?

"Schrodinger’s Lament" -- Is this after the box is finally opened and the alive/dead kitty has become only a dead kitty?

Still hoping to make it up to 3RP, at least for Sunday.

I would love to meet / hang out / whatever with any of the forum faithful. I feel like I know some of y'all just from reading the boards. :)

First show in 3 years - tonight! I really wanted to make it to the show, but I just couldn't make it work. Little kids + work + mid-week show + long drive ... it was just too much. And I still almost came anyway. Hopefully, I can work it out to come up to 3RP and finally get to see y'all live. Hope...

Just had some great news about the Chattanooga show. Carl Groves is coming down from NashVegas to sit in on a song with us. This is a goodern. On a side note, Eric's band will feature Rachel on cello (who most of you are familiar with) and Emily Grace. Emily has worked with Fred and I since she was...

Perhaps an on-line reading/discussion group on That Hideous Strength might be interesting. Count me in. I read the first two in college, but never got through THS. I'd encourage anyone who enjoyed the first two in the trilogy to give it a go, and if it doesn't speak to you then, put it down and try...

Awesome! Looking forward to hearing what you think of it as soon as you are done. (If you don't immediately go back and re-read it in light of the ending, like I did.)
