Man I am absolutely in-love with the vocal sampler parts. Every time I hear Jon do the multi-vox section, I simply space out in the midst of all the awesomeness. If you guys have like more than one-million plays on that sampler before the end of this week, blame it on me. :P

Ha! Well I am just glad to see I'm not late on this. I was a tad worried that this was old news when I posted the thread. Sorry Steve, I didn't really look into the details much, I was too over awed by the art.

Interesting Album Cover!

Maybe I'm a little late on this, or possibly I have a head start, either way: from what I saw on the myspace, the new album cover looks excellent. Though I find it to be a vast change from all of the other GH albums. This one has more of a realistic feel to it. It seems like the cover is truly tryin...

No but really, I can barely believe it, you do indeed look more awesome than ever Fred. Though, I miss the circle glasses. :P

I'm a tad worried. I loved The Inconsolable Secret SOOO darn much, that I'm a little afraid to hear GH take on a heavier style. :? But I guess I'll have to wait and see, this band has never disappointed me before, sooo.......

If us narrow-minded, fundamental, evangelical Christians can get past the theology of Jon Anderson sufficient to enjoy the artistry in his creative output (even >gasp!< Tales of Topographic Oceans) This brings me back to the interview in which Jon kept losing the interviewer with his confusin...

It's weird to me, because Squire inpaticular never seems to share any of opinions on the albums that made Rick and Bill leave, it almost seems as if he either doesn't care or just is that kinda "I'll do whatever you want as long as I get to play bass" kinda guy. Is there any interviews with him abou...

Amazing, and thus, the plot holes are filled, and thus we have TIS figured out now, right? :D

 Whoa, Shadoshi, seriously thank you for this effort! A lot of things are clearer in my head now! You're quite welcome, it was fun to write this up. I'm actually 60,000 words into the novel. (And that only covers the part where Lirazel goes off to explore the forest). You've got most of it r...

The Inconsolable Secret For Dummies

I did it. Yes, I read Steve's poem. And YES, it DOES shed a LOT of light on the story of The Inconsolable Secret. What I want to do right here and now is create a quick flow chart that is simple and easy to understand for those who just don't "get" TIS's amazingly creative story. Allow me to begin. ...

I don't like prog-metal, but I do like the harder-edged bands like Opeth, Deven Townsend, Porcupine Tree and Mew. Peace :D Erm.... I kinda thought Opeth and PT were considered Prog metal.... :? But whatever, just glad to see you spread your horizons more than I do. I can barely stand anything metal...

Don't worry about this album sounding like DT. I am NO fan of DT or any other band that has imitated them. I have never made it all the way through a song by DT and I've only tried about twice in my life. Wowza, no joke? Listen to Octavarium. It sounds like such a 70s prog song, and it is simply th...
