When compiling set lists are you governed ultimately by time or do you have a pre determined structure based on other factors. I have noticed that the live DVDs are getting longer :D so can I hope for an even longer DVD the next time round. Whatever is decided regarding the set list I know it will d...

Glass Hammer T Shirts.

How can anyone obtain a Glass Hammer T Shirt ?
I would like to own a Shadowlands or Lex Rex T Shirt but I can only see the new logo merchandise available.
Have they ever been made available to the fans .
What artwork made it on to T Shirts?

cheers

Dave

I remember this synth' , I believe it was monophonic .
This guy I know had one a few years ago , he was going to link some old bass pedals to it .
One of his electronics wise friends said he could do it but alas it never happened.
Good little synth' : though. :D

Talking of Rush live I am eager to see what the Replay X3 DVD set looks and sounds like.
My personal favourite is Exit Stage Left , Xanadu being a show highlight.
I own all three shows on VHS tape so things can only get better regarding the quality of the on screen performances . :D

Regarding surround mixes of live concerts , I personally prefer that the DVD experience should be like being at the gig. By this I mean that the rear channels should be for acoustic sound generated by the acoustics of the venue along with audience effect. I do like what you guys did with the two tra...

Great band, I last saw them at the NEC Birmingham on the R30 tour excellent set. Even though I long for a return to the late seventies style of Rush composition that gig was a great way to spend an evening . I also saw them on the Hold Your Fire tour and the Roll The Bones tour . R30 highlights for ...

Will there be a DVD release following the show within a similar time frame to the Belmont show.
I am glad the two mentioned tracks will be performed , they are set highlights.
Also maybe the girls might add a little percussion to the mix.

Show Content.

Has there been any track selections made or suggested for the next show you guys will perform? Also are there any tracks in the back catalogue that you would not consider doing because of any technical hurdles there may be within the live environment. Belmont DVD is excellent , just watched it for t...

It has to be said that Matts playing does enhance the Glass Hammer sound .
It would be interesting to know who his drumming influences are.

Album most listened to.

Which album do you think you have played the most in your life?
I think mine would be either Moving Pictures (Rush) or Close To The Edge (Yes).
It's pretty difficult to be accurate but on the whole I think it would be one of the two.

Well I cannot compete with those viewing dimensions but regarding the sound , to be honest the mix doesn't really need the subwoofer descrete channel , reconfiguring the bass management will do the job nicely I suspect .
I think concert DVDs don't benefit from the LFE channel like a movie anyway.

I have had the DVD a week or so now and today I am up for the second viewing of the gig , and what a gig.
The sound is excellent though I am still trying to find the LFE channel , maybe my electronics are incorrectly set.
I will probably never experience GH live so this is a close second.
