After too much traveling, I have finally gotten to do some serious listening to 3 Cheers. To add to all the other suspected influences, I thought I heard some Procol Harum in there. While the album didn't blow me away immediately, like most of the other Glass Hammer works, I am finding that it is be...

I complain when I have trouble tracking down music from Japanese artists Like Black Ship from the Sadistic Mika Band ... No, I don't think I'll be tracking that one down anytime soon. It took me several years to finally find "Lacramaria" by Ars Nova. Try getting a Kenso DVD, and not spend a fortune...

I have only seen Hackett on DVD--the live show just has to be progtastic! Dare I ask what was on the set list?

And I hope the Scousers left your wallet alone...

With such a clear threat being made to the Hammerhead community, I know I'll definitely be watching my back. You can't be too careful.

Well, I didn't ad lib it, so in that sense it was planned. BUT- what does that even mean :P
Once you played the part, it changed reality, and it changed from the original conception. That would make, sort of, ad lib...

Good luck to you Shreddy! I look forward to great things from you in the future (including the occasional guest appearance with GH). Then I can add to my modest Wallimann CD collection.

But did playing the song change the song, too? Is the CD I am going to buy going to bear any resemblance to the original Platonic form of the music? Ummm, how are we defining "platonic form" with regard to music? The original subjective conception of it by the composer??? Good point... I was thinki...
