Went to dinner with a friend then watched the new(er) Dark Shadows. Tuesday was more of the costume thing for me, since our local Dr. Who fan club wanted to costume?

I waited on the roof with my high-powered sniper rifle but the scope was off by a couple of feet so I only managed to wing a couple of skeletons and a Teletubby (Laa-Laa I think)...

...or was it all just a wonderful dream?...

Actually, we bought a shedload of sweets (i.e. candy) for the dreadful little oiks that live nearby but none of them showed up (I wonder why?) so Edel and me scoffed the lot!

You've just been waiting for this moment, haven't you, Rumpska?
Workings of man crying out from the fires set aflame
By his blindness to see that the warmth of his being
Is promised for his seeing, his reaching so clearly

I thought it fitting that he hit 666 on a post about Halloween... spooky-ooky. (Or foolie-coolie... I forget.)

Of course, as a gamer, I look at that number and think: water-holder-backer. I rolled an eighteen again.

It's not really close to Halloween anymore. That's really crazy, November has gone by hyper fast. Next week is already Thanksgiving.

How many forum members besides myself are big Rush fans? And of those, which of those will first hit post# 1,001,001 first? (Pull out your Grace Under Pressure CD to get that one.)

I think I'll watch "Numb3rs" this week.
Quikrete - the biggest name in concrete since Jimmy Hoffa.

I hate the word "1337" or "w00t", I prefer a good ol "YA RLY? NO WAI!!!" or "Gj couch" and such.

I didn't need to pull that cd out to get it, that's from "The Body Electric", possibly my favorite tune from that album. Which reminds me, I haven't listened to it in AGES!
And now for something completly different...
