Prog for ringtones?

So.. I was hunting for some new ring tones and I found Porcupine Tree, Rush, Kansas and King's X. How cool is it that prog is now available for your phone?

Does someone know those little programs on the older models of nokia and so..
lets see ah here they are:

Nokia Composer
Ericsson Composer
Siemens Composer
Motorola Composer

It would be so cool if someone could make us a GH one!
