Glass Hammer Chat Log

Post by soulfreq » Tue Jul 29, 2003 8:52 am

Hey folks! We had a GREAT time chatting with Steve, and Fred (as well as Sam Gamgee) Sunday night July 27 on Classic Tracks as we played Lex Rex AND in a last minute programming change Chronomotree in their entirety. The guys gave some great insights into the recording process, some tidbits about their next project, and focused on their inspiration and influences. A BIG ol' thank you to Steve and Fred for their time. A better time could not be had at the Prancing Pony, to be sure. You can read the entire chat @ http://www.soulfrequency.com

Click on the link on the left hand side of the page that says Glass Hammer Chat log for the scoop!

Blessings!

Stephanie, next time you're going to speak Elvish you need to provide translations for those of us who will never hope to have time to learn it!

Heh... sorry. Sometimes I will just say things that no one will understand except me (like elvish and random inside jokes) and I don't really expect anyone else to care. But ok! I will translate! The elvish i used in conversation was, i think, as follows: Mae govannen =- well met, mellon = friend... namárië = fare well, tenn' enomentielva = until we meet again, did i say hísenna? that means "cheers" or literally, "into the fog", I believe... uh... I think I translated everything else I said. Cuio annan Heled Dring = long live glass hammer (sindarin), hyellë namba= glass hammer (quenya)...
Nothing really exciting. Just the basics.
