Merry Christmas all. Got a PS3 from the family. Perhaps I will finally be able to give my son a game in Madden when he's home from school breaks! That is, if I practice the whole time he is away, lol.

The Vulgate Bible and some whiskey. I'm good to go!! (and chocolate, and coffee, and a "gangsta" made from a 2-liter bottle, a t-shirt, and very silly little brothers)

A sweet "World's Best Boss" mug (The Office) courtesy of Miss yellow text here. A Newton's cradle (I've always wanted one of those). YMCA membership (time to get in shape). Those were the biggies. There were some other consumables and such but meh, they'll be gone in a week.

Merry (Late) Christmas all!

Thanks Steve!

I got lots of nice practical things for my apartment and kitchen, and lots of gift cards. Also an air conditioner, lol - but I *did* need a new one =p

I got a digital camera--which was all I'd asked for; I've got all the gadgets and gizmos I really need. Well, ok. Except for a wireless system for my bass. And a 48-inch HDTV. But I was being realistic. :P

The digicam replaces one that I got for Christmas '04. It is a-stoun-ding how much digicams have improved in three years.

The best gift of all, tho, is time spent with my family (all of whom live out of state).
