vocal harmonies

I love the way you guys layer the vocals when you have lots of people singing. in particular i like the part of When We Were Young where the amazing vocal texture comes in. all the interwoven lines are absolutely amazing.

Thank you much. Its hard work, so I'm glad when people notice!

I know! that's one of my very favorite things about GH: the "multi-vox"!!!

Sam, myself, king, and a few others here on the forums sang in a choir to 3 GH songs.... we call it "UBER-VOX"!

Check out all kinds of helpful information on sams site, www.ghfan.net

Yes, indeed I can't wait to finally hear it myself, since I couldn't hear it on stage. You guys rocked in rehearsal tho ;)

What could you hear on stage? I heard bass, and other peoples mistakes. No kidding though, I could hear the choir. Other people heard it too. Soon, they all will :)

Steve,

I could hear you on bass, and Matt ... sometimes I could hear Fred's Hammond ... but I could not hear the choir at all, just a voice here or there (as well as mine, but that was from inside my own head of course). We had monitor in the soundcheck, but then other instruments were added into that monitor's feed and that was the end of hearing the singers :(.

Ah well ... thankfully it will soon be heard by all!!! If it was anywhere near as good as rehearsal, I knew it would rock :)

NEARfest CD will be out July 13th. One month! Hurrah! I'm excited. I normally don't like live albums, but this one's going to rock...
