Article in winter '06 issue of Progression magazine

The Winter '06 issue of Progression magazine showed in the mailbox today, and what do my eyes behold on page 70 if not a 3-page article on GH. Focusing, natch, on the creation of the TIS album, it also dealt with Steve's hand injury and how that affected the creative process.

I learned some new things. Including, the fact that Steve and Fred were intitially thinking of doing an album shaped like a soundtrack, but ended up centering it on the "Lay Of Lirazel" poem; and that having to type the poem, while in nearly-constant pain from the injury, seemed to take Steve's creative muse in a direction that wasn't expected when the project was getting started; and that working with and scoring for honest-to-God orchestras was something the guys didn't know how to do at first. (Couldn't tell that from listening to the finished product, though. :)

A very informative article. These fellows don't reveal all their secrets on this forum, do they?
