So, here's the deal. I hate paying S&H and found out that iTunes was offering the CD for pretty much the same price, but no waiting and no S&H charges. What more could I ask for? So, I listen to it and its great, but I REALLY look into music I listen to and I find out that there is a whole story to read. Now my question is if I paid just as much as those who got everything is there a way I can get just the story, "The Lay of Lirazel"? If not, then I think iTunes should re-evaluate their price point for this great work. Especially since members of the band say that in order to fully understand and get into all of the meaning of the songs you have to read the story. So, any help? Or do I have to shell out twice the money just to get the story?

Hey,
Good point! There are a couple of really big files you need, and I can talk with our webmaster about making them available for download on request. Email me at Audio111@aol.com and when I talk to him next - your request will be on my list.

Don't laugh. I remember reading an article, probably in the newspaper, that stated that record companies are considering releasing hot new artists' songs in ringtone format first, even before releasing them to radio, since it's been proven, over the last two years or so, that people will pay for ringtones.

Wow....

I would only get a popular arrtist's ring tone if my cell phone had nice speakers and a sub, so it would actually be cool lsitening to it.

(And if I had a cellphone)

Otherwise, if I ever get a celly, I'll jsut put the mario song as the ringtone.

On the subject of ringtones, apparently songwriters love them, as they get more royalties from a downloaded ringtone than from a downloaded song.

And just to ensure that this thread continues to degenerate, my ringtone is the Toccata from l'Orfeo by Monteverdi. I programmed it in myself. Does that make me geeky?

I had set my old phone up to play midi of the end of "When we were young" ("Angels descend in light....") It took me forever to get it right, but I did it because I knew it would actually help me learn the part.
I think I was doing that right before the Guido's show..Bethany and i were cracking up.
I have gotten 2 more phones since then, the last one I programmed with that section again, and after that phone died, I gave up.
