Listening to COA on the Mountain

Post by yeshead 777 » Sun Nov 11, 2007 9:26 pm

After reading Steve's post about Rachel's weding, it brought to mind my experience this weekend driving up and down the mountaiin 5 times in 4 days(my daughter was on a retreat on Lookout Mountain). At one point I passed the overlook at night with the whole city lite up during the "Climb"section of ITA. Also got to see a sunset while listening to it. I'd reccomend it to anyone living near mountains! It brings the whole feel and vibe that much more alive!

I did about the same thing looking up the mountain that surround the university I attend. I was walking along in the cold past the library, and I looked up through frigid air to the snow-covered peaks as Into Thin Air hit one of its first crescendos.

Definitely one of the best ways to listen to the song.
