Yup, It's only an hour from me, and I work for NEARFest each year as the official Merch guy selling the programs, tee's, pint glasses, etc

Would you sat Nearfest is the ultimate Prog fest? At least in the this part of the US?

Hmm, in the Northeast USA, yeah, probably.

If you look at the alumni (past performers) list, theres some rediculously huge names in there, even some reunions that were a direct result of NF...
