Depends on the price- Aardvark and M-audio have had almost identical interfaces out for a long time now, but I'm sure the Yamama is a good unit. Bundling it with Cubase would make it pretty attractive to someone starting out with a computer music rig.

someone like me? =p

I think the starting price was somewhere around $450

but when you consider what it does, and the software- some of those modules look sweet, it seems a good price
