Arpeggiators?

Post by Losfer Words » Tue May 09, 2006 6:29 pm

Anyone know if it is still possible to find stand alone, non-software, external arpeggiators for midi -mutli-timbral synths, similar to Oberheim's Cyclone.

and if yes WHERE?!?!
On a crystal morning I can see the dewdrops falling
Down from a gleaming heaven, I can hear the voices calling
When you comin' home now, son, this world is not for you

I doubt it. you would probably be better off getting a cheap synth off of ebay with an arpeggiator. Yamaha CS1X's sell on ebay for around $150 usually, and in addition to a sweet arpeggiator you get a good sounding synth! (I'm 99% sure its arpeggiator works over MIDI but not 100%)
