Hey, so I was wondering, how exactly did Glass Hammer hook up with Rich Williams for Portrait at NF. The first time I listened to the album, I actually believed what you said about "seeing that guy hanging around outside."

We knew about it a couple of months before the show, but we truly only met him a few minutes before walking on stage. It was slightly surreal, to look one direction and see 2,000 prog-heads, look to my right and see the choir assembling back stage, look to my left and see Rich doing some last minute finger exercises. Well how exactly did GH contact him in the first place to do the cover? I know most proggers are connected somehow, but I'm just wondering what the connections were that allowed you to do something so amazing. Getting Rich Williams to play a song is definitely not at all like Portnoy playing for Morse.
