Re: A Glass Hammer CD from the Vault!
This makes me happy. It sounds like JotD! Aww, good times. I'm excited for it!! Also, it will probably make better music to study to than IF, which means it will probably get played a lot more.

Hmmm what style is this album most close to? JotD? Perelandra?

I remembered of Vangelis in the Sample #1 in the introduction...
...then out of nowhere came the Awaken-stylized Schendel keyboards.
How many copies?
I think I'm about to become a collector....
PS: They sound like good game soundtracks.... =P

Got mine today. Number 23. I actually really like the ambiance of it. Sounds like cool computer game music. I took a higher quality scan of the cover for my iTunes since I couldn't seem to find one on the internet. It's a bit big, though.

I agree entirely. I wish I had the know-how to make a little Flash game or something, cuz I could totally create one around the music (the last track sounds like great credits music).NelStone wrote:Got mine today. And Number 2 here! Who got number 1?
Luke 6:27-31
27 "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

Re: A Glass Hammer CD from the Vault!
wow! This music absolutely does sound like it would be from a game... and with a few minor exceptions, doesn't even sound that dated!
I love this CD! It's cool to hear a couple melodies or chrod progressions that are (apparently) the genesis for later tracks on Perelandra or On to Evermore
